PURPOSE: A waterproofing, soundproofing, anticorrosive and reinforcing method of a concrete structure by cutting a tetragonal groove is provided to waterproof, prevent noise, resist corrosion and reinforce the structure against external pressure, impact and fluctuation of temperature by bonding a coating layer to the surface of the concrete structure efficiently. CONSTITUTION: Plural tetragonal grooves are formed with pushing before hardening after pouring concrete, and arranged in the surface of a concrete layer(1) to construct the waterproofing, soundproofing, anticorrosive and reinforcing concrete structure. Primer is spread on the inside of the groove and the surface of the concrete layer extended from the groove. Soft resin is spread on a primer layer(10), and a glass fiber mat is stacked on a soft resin layer(20). The soft resin is impregnated and spread on a glass fiber mat layer(40). A coating agent is spread on the soft resin formed on the glass fiber mat.
