Melamine decorative printed paper with offset paper and process for preparation thereof

PURPOSE: Provided is a melamine decorative laminate using offset printing paper and method for producing thereof, by which it is possible to manufacture a high quality melamine decorative laminate with delicate pattern, characters and arts at low cost and in a simple method. CONSTITUTION: The melamine decorative laminate includes a kraft paper(1) impregnated with phenol resin, and a sheet(2) impregnated with melamine resin, an offset printing paper(3) and an overlay paper(4) impregnated with melamine resin, disposed on the kraft paper(1). The sheet(2) impregnated with melamine resin is an overlay paper impregnated with melamine resin or a gravure printing paper impregnated with melamine resin. The offset printing paper(3) has a unit weight of 80 to 150g/m¬2. The melamine decorative laminate can be prepared by laminating the component sheets and papers and thermal pressing for 20 to 30 minutes at a temperature of 130 to 150deg.C and a pressure of 40 to 100kg/cm¬2.
