An integrated automatic control device of a keyboard and a mouse in which input signals of two different input devices, that is, the keyboard and the mouse are exchangeably combined to be controlled by means of a single device. The integrated automatic control device of a keyboard and a mouse comprises a main body which is connected to a host device and input means including the keyboard and the mouse, and which has built-in microprocessor and circuits for transmitting and receiving data and signals and processing the same, a controller which is electrically connected to the main body to transmit and receive data and signals and controls operations requested for performing a desired function by a user presetting the operations using the keyboard or the mouse and automatically combining the same, host connectors which are connected to one side of the main body by a cable and connected to the host device for transmitting and receiving data and signals and processing the same, and input means connectors which are mounted on the other side of the main body and connected to the keyboard and the mouse for transmitting and receiving data and signals and processing the same.
