SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel pyrazole[3,4-d] pyrimidines showing anticonvulsant and antiallergic/antiasthmatic effect, methods of their synthesis (variants) and pharmaceutical composition based on thereof. Pyrazole[3,4-d]pyrimidines correspond to the general formula (1) or its tautomer where X means oxygen, sulfur atom; Y means halogen atom, C_1-44-alkyl, C_1-4-alkoxy-group or trifluoromethyl-group; m = 1 or 2. Methods of synthesis of compounds of the general formula (1) involve cyclization of compound of the formula (2) with formamide or interaction of compound of the formula (1) where X means oxygen atom with phosphorus pentasulfide or 2,4-bis-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1,3-dithia-2,4-diphosphoethane-2,4-disulfide.
