SUBSTANCE: air conduit of chimney-type evaporative tower with turbulization of eddy flow has wind-directing boards located in the leeward intake ports of the tower in a line tangent to the circumference inscribed in its base for creation of a turbulent eddy flow of air masses in the sprinkled space, a roughness with a different height and density of projections is produced on the surface of the wind-directing boards. EFFECT: enhanced heat efficiency of the chimney-type evaporative tower at cooling of circulating water by flows of cold water engageable with the evaporating water masses of circulating water from the condensers of the electric power station turbine. 2 dwg
