METHOD FOR EVALUATING THE EFFICIENCY OF REHABILITATION MEASURES IN PNEUMONIC PATIENTS

FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with clinical studying of a patient, in the course of which a patient's veloergometric testing is carried out on the concrete day of hospital period, the value of physical labor capacity PLC_x should be determined at submaximal age heart rate to compare it with a calculated value of a patient's physical capacity that day corresponding to PLC(T) = 625•exp(-D(T))+337, where 625 and 337 - digital coefficients, T - the day of disease, D(T) = 22•Sin(0,09•T)•exp(-0,09•T)/T and in case of PLC_x value being below a calculated PLC(T) value it is possible to evaluate rehabilitation measures to be inefficient ones, and at higher values - as efficient. The method enables to conduct necessary correction of curative-rehabilitation schemes, determine the duration of hospital period and necessity to continue post-hospital rehabilitation measures.
