METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF ACUTE THROMBOSIS OF HEMORRHOIDS

FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: a vascular stem of a hemorrhoid is sutured followed by its dissection at 3, 7 and 11 according a clock face. The wound is sutured with an uninterrupted submucous suture by capturing the wound's bottom without any puncturing of mucous membrane. Inand out-punctures are made by leaving 2 cm against the wound's edge. A suture is tightened up till the juncture of the wound's mucous edges. The method prevents complications of postoperational period, such as hemorrhage, a scar narrowing of anal canal, infecting of postoperational wound. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 4 dwg
