FIELD: automatic control systems. SUBSTANCE: method for controlling object motion path involves addition of program signals to control instructions, determination of phase shift between instruction vector and coordinate vector, phase shift correction by turning vector through this angle, estimation of ratio of instruction vector to coordinate vector modules, and compensation for object gain variation by varying object control instructions. This method is implemented by introducing two adjustable-gain amplifiers, phase shifter, and device for computing gain and phase into system. Control system operates normally under impact of disturbing factors, interferences, and tracking object maneuvers. These problems are solved by estimating instruction vector spatial position relative to coordinate vector using Fourier transforms. EFFECT: enhanced operating precision of control system. 7 cl, 4 dwg
