METHOD OF AUTOCLAVE-FREE MANUFACTURE OF GAS CONCRETE BUILDING PRODUCTS

摘要

FIELD: technology of manufacture of building materials, methods of autoclave-free manufacture of gas concrete building products with use of production wastes. SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction of thermoelectric plant ash-slag wastes into mixture without additional treatment; hardening of gas-concrete in opened dismountable metal molds preliminary heated to temperature of 25C; installation of molds on thermal tables with temperature of 80-90C. Total duration of heating is 6-8 h. EFFECT: higher physico-chemical and performance costs, simplified technology.
