The method for manufacturing a sanitary armature uses two opposite, sealed areas for formation of the water guides in the hollow body. Two wall sections have at least one position along a line with a narrower opposite distance. The sealing means has an opening at the narrowing, which sprays one of the wall sections. The narrow position has grooves (10,11). An Independent claim is also included for a sanitary armature.
