The compound plate (1) comprises concrete or plaster carrier layers (5) and a variable sequence of sound insulating layers (2, 4) and/or a heat and sound insulating layer (3). During assembly the layers (5) are either hydraulically hardened or still in a plastic state, while the layers (2, 3, 4) are in a doughy state. When hardened the layers (2, 3, 4, 5) form a homogeneous compound plate.
