The micro-drill for production of conductor plates has a diameter of 0.05 to 1.5 mm with two or more cutters (6,8) and two or more drill points (2,4). The diameter of the circle on which the drill points lie is smaller than the drill diameter (D) measured at the cutting corners and the distance of the drill points from the cutting corners, measured radially in the direction of the drill center, amounts to 0.1 to 0.4 times the drill diameter. The drill points axially have the same height. The angle (a1) between the outer cutter (6) and the plane running through the drill points amounts preferably to between 20 and 50 degrees. The angle (a2) between the inner cutter (8) and the plane running through the drill points amounts preferably to between 15 and 40 degrees. A central cooling channel or a cooling air feed is provided.
