Method and device for computer based segmental visual processing and analysis of myocardial diastolic wall thickness and systolic wall thickness increases in the form of segment models, diagrams and tables. Accordingly a program source code is programmed in open source, platform independent code, e.g.Java. Heart related illness and condition data is read in, selected and processed. Eight different segment models are provided for visualization of output data.
