Method for conversion of a first presentation of a product (130) with a first set of characteristics, into a second presentation (523, 524) with a second set of characteristics, has the following steps: generation and assignment of annotations to the characteristics of the first set; and structuring of the annotations of the first presentation so that second presentation is produced, whereby structuring is undertaken using structuring regulations (540) and rules (541) using a data processor (520).
