A parking brake (53) is maintained in the braking node by rotation of a rotary mechanism by turning effort of an electric motor (11). The brake is released by reversely rotating the rotary mechanism. An input interruption clutch (Co) is provided between the reduction gears (G1,G2) to prevent rotation transmission from the motor to a rod guide (51).
