The light radiation device has a tubular box that houses a fiber holding element for holding a light emission end of each of the optical fibers in a discretely arranged. A lens (X541) is mounted onto each optical fiber in a one-to-one correspondence such that it condenses light beams from a LED (X52). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) light source; and (2) light connection mechanism.
