A high pressure cleaning system for flat surfaces has high pressure cleaning jets inside a cowl moved over the surface on two side tracks comprising elastic tracks on support wheels. The tracks are profiled and double as seals for the sides of the cowl. Flexible fixed seals are fitted to the front and rear edges of the cowl, while the used cleaning fluid is removed by an extract system fitted to the cowl. The cleaning system is moved by hand over flat horizontal and vertical surfaces.
