The key has a milled cavity or opening (1) measuring e.g. 3.9 mm x 3.3 mm for receiving the screw and at the opposite end there is a cross-pin (2) used to help turn the key. The cross-pin can be replaced by a milled or polygonal grip surface. The key is made from metal or plastic.
