The toy vehicle has a body (1) through the lower region (3) of which two cylindrical axles extend, at the ends of which wheels (18,19) are arranged. Through the lower section of the vehicle body two holes (9) extend to accommodate the axles. These holes, both sides of the central plane (12), are inclinedly orientated to the vehicle longitudinal axis and widen outwards to an increasing extent. Between each wheel (18,19) and the lower section of the vehicle body, a ball-shaped distance piece (20,21) is arranged on the axles. The lower section (3) of the vehicle body on its side surfaces (6,7) is set back in relation to the upper section (2). The barrels are barrel-shaped and the toy vehicle can be of wood or plastic.
