The seam bridging arrangement is for a floor and applies particularly to a parquet floor with different height positions of opposing seam edges. It involves a basic profile (2) for fixture to the floor with at least one leg (4.1, 4.2) extending upwards into the seam. A cover profile (5) covers the seam with at least one leg (10.1, 10.2) extending downwards into the seam. A fixture component (11) is provided for height-adjustable fixture of the cover profile to the basic profile. Between the basic profile and the cover profile at least one intermediate part (7) is arranged, in order to extend the height adjustability, whereby the intermediate part is fixed on its lower side to the basic profile and on its upper side to the cover profile.
