The inertial value atomic interferometer has an atom transmission on a ballistic trajectory in a vacuum. A laser beam transmits to the trajectory producing successive interactions. The atoms are spatially separated following two trajectories. A mirror reflects the atoms and recombines them. The atoms are then detected. The laser beams are synchronized providing alternative interactions in one direction and the other.
