System comprises a central server linked to data processing units in one or more medical centers with means for entry of stock information. The server is also linked to the data processing units of one or more suppliers. The server maintains a central database with restricted access that allows a medical center to see the total of all its medical stocks and a supplier to see the total stock of all its products in all the medical centers.
