The waste sorter consists of a drawer designed to be fitted into an existing kitched cabinet, made with compartments for bags containing different types of waste. It has, for example, eight compartments to contain plastic bottles, glass bottles, used batteries, magazines and cardboard, waste paper, small metal objects, biodegradable organic waste, and yoghurt pots, plastic bags and caps. The drawer is preferably made of wood and could be supplied in ready-to-use or kit form.
