The fixing for maxillary (7) and mandibular (13) models to an occlusion simulator (1) has a mounting plate (9,15) rigidly fixed to each arm (4,3) of the simulator. The plate has magnets (12,18) of one polarity and a support (8,14) for each model incorporates magnets (11,17) of a reverse polarity. Each plate and each support have guides for correct alignment.
