The T-head (6) of the bolt (7) is inserted into the groove (S) of a beam (1) through a slot (5) separating front coplanar surfaces (4) parallel to the groove back surface. The bolt can then pivot on the axis of the bolt threaded shank (8) so as to be transversely positioned relative to the slot. The head comprises an elastic element (11) which reacts against the groove back surface so as to push the head against the groove front surfaces and immobilize it by friction along the groove.
