PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniformly puffing kneaded pie dough hardly causing shrinkage and distortion when baked; and to provide a method for easily producing a column-shaped or multiangular prism-shaped pie dough from which the pie dough is produced by slicing.;SOLUTION: The column-shaped or multiangular prism-shaped pie dough has oil and fat 3 discontinuously present in a concentric and multilayer shape in the cross-section. The column-shaped or multiangular prism-shaped pie dough can be in a state packaged in a casing, or can be frozen. The column-shaped or multiangular prism-shaped pie dough is used by slicing in the cross direction. The column-shaped or multiangular prism-shaped pie dough can be produced by packing a kneaded product comprising a flour, the fat and water as main components in the casing arranged at the outside of a nozzle and having a diameter larger than a nozzle diameter while extruding the kneaded product.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
