PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a community evaluation service system by which users can easily input various information regarding community, and grasp the input information easily. PSOLUTION: An evaluation segment storage 203 stores each of multiple kinds of word information indicating multiple kinds of words representing senses, respectively, as evaluation segment information indicating community evaluation contents. An evaluation segment display control unit 204 displays a display segment selection screen selectable of desired evaluation segment information from among the multiple evaluation segment information stored in the evaluation segment storage 203 as an evaluation input page on a user's portable terminal 50. The user selects an evaluation segment in the evaluation input page 70 displayed on a display unit 501 by operating an input unit 502 of the user's portable terminal 50. The words representing the senses, which the user selects as the evaluation contents, are applicable to multiple object items, thereby enabling collection of community evaluation based on various viewpoints by evaluating the community using the words representing the senses.
