PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface structure of a fair-face concrete or a lightweight cellular concrete material which can insulate the outer surface of an outside wall without losing a design similar to the exposed concrete, and its finishing method.;SOLUTION: The surface structure of the fair-face concrete or the lightweight cellular concrete material where the design similar to the fair-face concrete is performed has a cement-based insulating coated layer 2 formed on the outer surface 1a of the concrete which comprises the outside wall 1 at an existing building, a clear coated waterproof material layer 4 formed at an upper part than the cement-based insulating coated layer 2.
