PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by miniaturizing a structure of a loading shovel or a demolition specification machine or eliminating a partial production line in a manufacturing stage, and to bring about early restoration or safety work in terms of maintenance.;SOLUTION: (1) A tank is provided before and behind the inside of a boom; a charging port is provided in the upper part of the boom; a residual-quantity gauge and a residual-quantity-gauge sensor are installed on the lateral surface of the boom; and a drain cock and a fuel filter are installed in a lower part, so that the boom and a fuel tank can be integrated with each other. (2) A tank is provided in a counterweight; a working-fluid-tank opening port and a gauge sensor are installed in an upper part; a hydraulic working fluid filter is built inside; and a drain cock is provided in a lower part, so that a hydraulic working fluid tank can be integrated with the counterweight.
