DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CULTIVATING SHIITAKE MUSHROOM BY FILM-COATED FUNGUS BED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a device and method for cultivating shiitake mushroom by using a film-coated fungus bed.;SOLUTION: This method for cultivating the shiitake mushroom is provided by hanging the fungus bed in midair by installing a fulcrum at the coating film of the film-coated shiitake mushroom fungus bed and exposing germ heads by using a device for cutting open the coated film vertically in a straight line against the direction of drawing the coating film without harming the germ heads on the germination of the shiitake. As to water supply, an agricultural watering system is used to water in a plurality of film-coated shiitake fungus beds simultaneously. By darkening the beds in an extent to be able to perform works and the recovery of spawn which is performed in a dark place, is performed in the bed.
