PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-Ni-Co based alloy which combines high strength and excellent magnetic properties, and has a low thermal expansion coefficient.;SOLUTION: The Fe-Ni-Co based alloy thin strip for a shadow mask having high strength and excellent magnetic properties, and maintaining a low thermal expansion coefficient comprises 30 to 35% Ni, 2 to 6% Co, 0.1 to 0.4% Nb and 0.2 to 0.5% Mn, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and in the inevitable impurities, the content of C is controlled to ≤0.005%, S to ≤0.002% and N to ≤0.005%.
