PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high tensile strength steel sheet which is excellent in both a stretch and stretch flanging properties as indexes of workability, and to provide a production method and a working method therefor.;SOLUTION: The steel sheet has a substantially ferritic single phase structure, and in which Ti and Mo-containing precipitates are dispersedly precipitated in the range satisfying Mo/(Ti+Mo)≥0.25 by atomic%.
