PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composition used for forming a polyurethane elastomer which composes a sheetlike product (an elastomer sheet or a composite sheet) and is not yellowed or resists being yellowed.;SOLUTION: This composition is used for forming the polyurethane elastomer which composes the sheetlike product and has a hardness of 30-60 according to JIS-A method, and comprises an elastomer-forming composition of one-pack curing type which is formed by mixing (A) a block isocyanate with (B) an active hydrogen group-containing compound, wherein the block isocyanate (A) is obtained by reacting a non-aromatic isocyanate with a compound having active hydrogen groups and having a molecular weight of 500 to form an adduct isocyanete and then blocking isocyanate groups of the formed adduct isocyanete with a blocking agent, and has a latent isocyanate content of 5-25 wt% and an average number of functional groups of 2-3, and the active hydrogen group-containing compound (B) has a number-average molecular weight of 250-12,000.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
