PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a ligand or a receptor bonded to an adsorptive region of a unit for biochemical analysis without reducing sensitivity.;SOLUTION: The ligand or the receptor is bonded to the adsorptive region of the unit for biochemical analysis having a porous adsorptive region. The units U1, U2, U3 for biochemical analysis where the ligand or the receptor is bonded are prepared, stuck in the state where each adsorptive region agrees mutually, and set in a reaction vessel 10. Then, a reaction liquid to which a labeled receptor or a labeled ligand labeled by a labeling material is added is fluidized forcibly so as to cross the adsorptive regions of the three units for biochemical analysis by driving a pump 22, to thereby bond specifically the labeled receptor or the labeled ligand in the reaction liquid to the ligand or the receptor bonded to each adsorptive region of the units U1, U2, U3 for biochemical analysis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
