PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrodeposition type display panel by which the display panel having high reliability can be efficiently manufactured for a short time and to provide the electrodeposition type display panel and an electrodeposition type display device. PSOLUTION: Aperture parts 5A and 5B are provided in a rear substrate 2 of a cell. A nozzle 7A having a syringe 8 connected to its opposite side is inserted into the aperture part 5A and a nozzle 7B is inserted into the aperture part 5B. A container for recovering a leaked display material 6 and a vacuum device are disposed on the other end side of the nozzle 7B. The inner part of the cell is filled up with the display material 6 by performing exhaustion and discharge of bubbles and the like from the aperture part 5B while pressure injecting the display material 6 from the aperture part 5A.
