PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to lighten operations and efficiently conduct the operations.;SOLUTION: An agricultural and civil engineering implement is structured by attaching a set of metal parts comprising a vibration power source 1, a chassis stay metal part 2, a connection slide metal part 4, a main vibration shaft metal part 6, and a vibration tool metal part 8 to a space between a handle 3 and a hoe 7, wherein the vibration power source 1 is connected to the handle 3 of the hoe 7 by the chassis stay metal part 2 so that the vibration power source 1 is positioned at the rear of the hoe 7 and operates in the forward direction, and the connection slide metal part 4 is attached to the main vibration shaft metal part 6, and further the main vibration shaft metal part 6 and the vibration power source 1 are connected to the hoe 7 by the vibration tool metal part 8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
