DISCHARGED GAS TREATMENT APPARATUS NOT REQUIRING WATER TREATMENT FOR INDUSTRIAL WASTE INCINERATION FACILITY

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharged gas treatment apparatus which does not require water treatment and solves the problems that, since the conventional discharged gas treatment apparatus has a cooling tower for lowering the temperature of discharged gas and uses a bag filter or an electric dust collector to reduce the dioxins and carbon monoxide contained in the discharged gas, the purchase price of such apparatus is high and maintenance cost is high as well. PSOLUTION: A method which does not require the water treatment, lowers the temperature of the discharged gas, and reduces the dioxins and carbon monoxide contained in the discharged gas is shown in Figures 1 to 5. The discharged gas treatment apparatus has no moving portions and consuming parts and therefore its performance is stable and the maintenance cost is low. The discharged gas treatment apparatus complies with the standards for the concentration of the dioxins enforced since December 1, 2002 and equipment cost is low as well. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
