PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the air-tightness between an object to be inserted into a glove port and the inner peripheral surface of it.;SOLUTION: Gaskets 46 are fitted into an annular groove 48 which is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the object (38) with a circumferential outer surface to be inserted into the glove port 15 which is placed in a glove box and has a cylindrical inner surface so that the object (38) can be attached and detached and is rectangular in cross section and are brought into airtight contact with the inner peripheral surface of the glove port 15. The elasticity of the gaskets 46 is increased and the air-tightness of them is stabilized by making them of an elastic material and equipping them with bases 60 which are brought into contact with the bottom face of the annular groove 48 and whose cross sections in a radial direction are rectangular and at least one concave groove 66 formed over the whole periphery in an annular direction in a section opposite to a lateral face of the annular groove 48.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
