PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire model producing method for accurately producing a tire reproduction model by reproducing a tire produced with the usage of a metallic mold for vulcanizing the tire for producing the tire by an inner surface shape of the metallic mold, and a tire characteristic prediction method for predicting tire characteristics with the usage of the producing method; and to provide a tire model producing device, a tire characteristic prediction device, and a program whereby a computer for executing the tire model producing method can be executed. PSOLUTION: A tire model MSB0/SBhaving the inner surface shape of the metallic mold for vulcanizing the tire as an outer surface shape is produced, inner pressure filling processing is performed on the produced tire model MSB0/SB, and the tire reproduction model MSB1/SBhaving the shape of the tire model MSB0/SBto which the inner pressure filling processing is performed so as to deform as the tire shape before the inner pressure filling processing is produced. The inner pressure filling processing is performed to the tire reproduction model MSB1/SB, and grounding processing is performed in order to calculate the tire characteristics.
