PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs required for an insurance task, and to rationalize the settlement of an insurance fee.;SOLUTION: An agency 10 converts a document to be used for an insurance contract into an image, and transmits it to a logistic business center 12. The logistic business center 12 stores the image file received from the agency 10, and provides it in response to a request. The logistic business center 12 inputs payment/prompt report data associated with the claim of the insurance fee from a payment/bulletin input PC 30, and inputs total data from a total data input PC 32, and transmits those data to a business center 16 by referring to the image file.
