PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high speed access performance, countermeasure facilitation to the other various memories and satisfactory cost performance.;SOLUTION: This system consists of a main device 300, a read/write device 200, and a non-contact memory card 100, and the non-contact memory card 100 is provided with a read/write control circuit 120. This circuit is provided with a control part 122 having a register circuit 1221 in which various data transferred from the main device 300 are stored for conducting control necessary for a read/write operation on the basis of the various data and a data input switching circuit 121 being a circuit to be operated on the basis of select data transferred differently from the various data from the main device 300 for outputting the various data transferred from the main device 300 to a register circuit 1211, and for outputting the write data to a memory 130.
