PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auction server of a display use right for facilitating prediction of an advertisement effect in the case of auction of a video display right using display equipment such as a display.;SOLUTION: In the auction server of the display use right for providing auction bid information which is used for acquiring a user right for the display 32 fixed to a building in a prescribed time frame and an interface for bidding the auction on a Web page of the Internet, it is provided with a video reception means around the display (communication means 12) for acquiring a circumferential video image from a camera 33 installed together with the display and a video storage means 13 for storing the circumferential video image, and is constituted so that the circumferential video image acquired by the video reception means around the display and/or circumferential video images in the past stored in the video storage means are included in the auction bid information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
