Heat exchanger tube null for flowing down liquid film type evaporator

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain an excellent wet spread of refrigerant adhered to the outer surface, a large surface area and an excellent heat transfer performance. ;CONSTITUTION: Fins 1 which are extended in a direction perpendicular or oblique to a tube axial direction are provided on the outer surface of a heat transfer tube. Each fin 1 has a height of 0.1 to 0.8mm. The number of the fins per 1m in the tube axial direction is 905 to 1102 rows. Grooves 3 are provided along the fins in tops of the fins 1. An angle formed between both the sidewalls of the groove 3 is set to 70 to 150°C. Further, cutouts 2 are provided at the fins 1 at a pitch of an array of 0.5 to 1.0mm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
