PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase separation type GIS direct coupled three phase transformer in which the leading position of a leader can be a tank central part, and the length of a gas insulating bus can be made short. ;SOLUTION: This device is provided with an iron core 3, three phase coils 4U-4W wound around this iron core, and tank 1 for housing the coils and the iron core 3. Then, high voltage leading terminals 5U-5W led from each phase of the coils 4U-4W are formed so as to be led through bushing pockets 7U-7W provided, so as to be separated for each phase on the side wall of the tank 1, and connected with a gas insulating switching device. The phase intervals of the bushing pockets 7U-7W are made smaller than the coil interval of each phase coil 4U-4W, so that a shielding means 10 for relaxing an electric field is provided inside the tank junction of the bushing pockets 7U-7W.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
