The present invention relates to a crystal modification of 2 N-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-5-methyl-isoxazole-4-carboxamide of the general formula I, which, when compared with the modification 1, is better water soluble and stable within temperature range of -15 to 40 degC. The invention also relates to processes for preparing such composition, a medicament containing thereof as well as use of the composition for preparing such medicament.
