The method and equipment are for the measurement of a quantitative through flow of gases and fluids in a conduit under extreme conditions of pressure, humidity and speed (v) through use of a thermic throughflow accommodator located in a pipe (H1) which at the outer end has two openings (A1,A2) and which rod-shaped accommodator is located in a conduit (L) in which the throughflow has to be determined. An opening is located at the outer end of the measurement equipment and a second opening is positioned on the lee side with regard to the direction of the longitudinally flowing medium (p). On throughflow, a difference pressure occurs between the two openings, whereby a fraction of the longitudinally flowing medium can flow along the accommodator.
