The method involves fixing shuttering panels or modules corresponding to a lower profile of a viaduct to an upper cloth in cooperation with threaded rods. Holes are formed on concrete for passage of a threaded rod, and elements are attached with each other via nuts of bars. Formwork panels or modules are attached to the threaded rod that is fitted with plates and associated with cables. Shuttering panels or modules are displaceable to a ground level. Winches are connected with each other through the cables. An independent claim is also included for a device for stripping viaducts.
