METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE CONTENT OF PYRETROIDES IN FISH BLOOD-FORMING ORGANS AND MUSCULAR TISSUES BY A SPECTROPHOTOMETER

摘要

The proposed method for determining the content of pyretroides in fish blood-forming organs and muscular tissues by a spectrophotometer consists in treating the analyzed sample by extracting solutions and, additionally, using the Danege reagent, which provides the formation of optically active color compounds with pyretroides and their derivatives. The analysis of the said color compounds is accomplished by a spectrophotometer with a calibration characteristic.
