METHOD FOR ASSESSING DISCORDANCE OF PARAMETERS PERTAINING TO MOTOR ACTIVITY OF FINGERS AND DEVICE FOR ITS REALIZATION

The method for assessing the discordance of the parameters pertaining to the motor activity of the fingers comprises the separate recording of the mechanogram sets in the left and right hands upon varying loads and the rhythmical stimulation by the pulse series with the constant pulse-to-pulse intervals as well as the intervals preset as being proportional to the amplitude maximum of the previous mechanorgam. The maximums and the slope of the frequency-amplitude curves plotted according to the average amplitude in each set are then estimated. The shifts of the maximums and the slopes of the frequency-amplitude curves is indicative of the discordance of the parameters pertaining to the motor activity of the fingers in the left and right hands. The device for realizing the method consists of the stimulation unit, the appliance for hand fixation, the unit of the measuring autogenerator, the amplifier, the record and analysis unit, the unit of the amplitude discrimination (between the unit of measuring autogenerator and amplifier), and the synchronization unit (between the unit of the amplitude discrimination and the stimulation unit. The stimulation unit may be actuated by the synchronization unit or directly by the start button.
