METHOD OF APPLYING NITROGEN FERTILIZERS FOR MILLET

A method of using nitrogen fertilizers for millet includes a system of agrotechnical measures and characterized in that nitrogen fertilizers are applied at a reduced rate of 45 kg of active ingredient (a.i.) per hectare. The first fertilizing is carried out at the tillering stage (setting small branches of the 1st order) at a rate of 15 kg a.i. per hectare, the second fertilizing at the shooting stage (micro- and macrosporogenesis) at a rate of 15 kg a.i. per hectare, the third fertilizing at the flowering stage and fertilization at a rate of 15 kg a.i. per hectare.
